Born on 23th of may 1991 in Curaçao, raised on the island by psychologist parents, he was always intruiged by human behavior, which is reflected in the way he portrays people in his visuals. As a teenager he was a topsporter performing at the highest level of table tennis in the Caribbean, which brought him around the world and helped develop his understanding of different cultures.
He also developed a passion for trade, business and marketing from a very young age. Michael pursued studies in business and marketing untill finally dropping out of University to start his first business venture partnering up with his econmoy professor. It was only at a much later phase in his life where he developed the professional skills and gain a deeper understanding of the art of filmmaking.
